Ceasarea Haifa and Akko




It was a small fishermen village named Stratton's Tower before King Herod the Great, the greatest builder ever, choose this place to make his dream comes true: an amazing city with a deep water port, the biggest in the whole Mediterranean, Named in honor of Herod's Roman patron, Augustus Caesar. The city becomes later the capital of the Roman and Byzantine province Palestine Prima. We will drive by the sea road and stop in the city to visit the ancient Roman Aqueduct, Amphitheater, Markets, Bathhouses, Temples and roads built  by King Herod, ByzantineCrusaders and Muslims..
Next, you will stop in Haifa at the Carmel Mountain to take in a breathtaking panoramic view of the city,  Port, German Colony and You’ll have the chance to appreciate the beauty of Haifa with a visit to the Bahai’ gardens – a world heritage site home to the Bahai faith.
Continue to Acre the UNESCO World Heritage Site to see the impressive underground Crusader Halls, which were built by the Hospitallers Knights. They contain a complex of six halls, a recently excavated large hall, a dining room, a dungeon and remnants of an ancient Gothic church. Then we will take a walk along both the land and sea walls and explore the bustling market regarded to be a myriad of coexistence due to its mixed Arab and Jewish populations.
